Step Closer 2 Work is a project aimed at helping Liverpool residents, who have received Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance for 6 months or more, to access training and work.

How we do it

• Your own adviser will offer you one-to-one confidential advice
• We take any confusion out of finding work
• We find training to help you get a job
• We use coaching techniques to help you prepare for an interview
• We advise you how to manage your health condition
• We support you after you start work
